My wife's vehicle was hit by a large block of ice thay flew off a tractor trailer, we were at a very low point at this very moment but both brian and his father were great helps in making the whole towing experience no hassle at all. Thank you!

I felt like an idiot, Locking my keys in my work van at the gas pump. Called my boss and he called C.A.R.S Within five minutes, I received a text stating that someone was on the way a few minutes after that Brian called to confirm my location and gave me an ETA for the driver. Andy showed up and had the van unlocked in a couple minutes these guys are very prompt and provide great customer service. I would highly recommend them. Thanks C.A.R.S For bailing me out in a timely fashion and not insulting my pride too much lol

Shelby and Andy were amazing with me last night, the communication was phenomenal. I was stuck in a ditch last night and I called them they answered quickly, I explained the situation she quickly and calmly told me the price. Shelby got Andy out to where I was at in about 20 minutes. Andy was making a terrible situation a good situation by cracking jokes and it made me feel better about what happened. Shelby and Andy deserve good and better days. Thank you.

9/21/2024 I encountered “a bit” of a car problem while attending a car cruise at Brooks BBQ in Oneonta, NY today. Decided it was best NOT to attempt to drive back home …..so,I called AAA for a flatbed ride home! AAA assigned “C.A.R.S.Towing & Recovery “to help me. I was lucky to have “Jim” come to my rescue! My wait tyme was minimal, Jim was kind, polite, professional, and had my injured car safely secured & up on that “mobile silver platter”in no tyme at all ! My car was safely delivered back home to Frankfort NY with no further problems. I just want to SINCERELY thank JIM and the gang at CARS for being there for me in my tyme of need! And for a job well done!! I strongly recommend C.A.R.S.Towing & Recovery to any and EVERY one!! They are Simply The Best!!!❤️
